I got nothing but the run-around after she filed my taxes.

Ruth Henry gave me nothing but the run-around after she filed my taxes. 2 weeks after filing I attempted to look up my information on IRS.gov and was told the info I put in was incorrect. I reached out to Mrs. Ruth and she stated it was "too early" and that is why no info was coming up. We all know that 24 hours after e-filing you can check your refund status. She was extremely rude and made it seem as if I was continuously contacting her to see when I would receive my refund when in fact I was concerned that info she provided me was not coming up on irs.gov. She constantly stated that she made no changes to my tax return and that if any changes were made it was the IRS who did so. Finally after several hours speaking with the IRS I found out that for whatever reason my tax liability changed and that is why my refund amount changed and why I could not view my info. When I brought this to her attention she finally stated that she did in fact have to change my tax liability and hung up in my face. She never once advised me of the change when it happened like any other person running a business would do nor could I even get a simple apology.
