My vehicle was totaled due to a drunk driver , while waiting on the insurance to finalize everything, Angel , one of the supervisors would call and harass me and be very rude and aggressive and would also talk as If she was speaking to one of her children. The insurance company even stated she was very rude and did not like the way she was speaking to me when we were all on a conference call .
