Terrible website, even worse customer service

I was in a hurry to get a car as I had one car with my husband... So they searched for many car financing companies and used High Performance capital. I signed ok great... So My first payment date is nearing and I register online for an account the SAME day I got my package in the mail for my account. NO WHERE in my package is the total amount of my car.. ODD. So i emailed the company (as the business hours stated they were closed) and I got to response. So I clicked the "contact us" tab on their website.. Nothing goes through. So I tried to make a payment and BAM it says I owe $00.00. So how can that be... I wait til business hours and speak to ANN... She states she will have this all fixed (plus my name was spelled wrong) And the next day nothing was fixed... Then I get an email from this Guy name Jerry Callahan, and he threatens me through email (I have proof) and he demands payment and says that the fact that the website doesn't allow me to pay isn't an excuse for payment... Why in the world would someone talk to a customer like that. I then sent him a screen Shot of the fact that non of my info had been corrected and that I need the balance to be accurate (So they can't change it later) I also asked for their business license number and they failed to give it to me.
