extremely unprofessional, very disappointed in Hit figure for used care sales
Hitfigure contacted me after seeing my car posting. They took a few days and promised me a good rate for my resale. Then after waiting a few days and not hearing from the sales rep, I contacted him. First he told me the buyer's daughter had a baby and I had to wait a few days. Next, after not hearing from him again, he told me he was in a car accident. Same thing again. Then the buyer went on vacation. Really? No attempt was made to find another buyer. Now, the price of the car had gone down. I simply went to a local dealer, got a better price immediately and never heard from hitfigure again. Very unprofessional, poor customer service, no follow up. Don't use them! Go to Car Max.
