This is addressing our timeshare we have that is now under the management of Holiday Inn Vacations. When Holiday Inn took over, everything went downhill and booking became difficult and we had to do an upgrade. Holiday Inn has consistently misled us and outright lied on many occasions. As consumers, we have been frauded and their business conduct should be investigated. We were told by Holiday Inn we would have the advantage to travel anywhere at any time, however, their fees keep increasing while their service is decreasing. Holiday Inn also holds our children responsible for this timeshare and claims it as property that we own. We tried selling our timeshare, but no one wants this burden either. Ultimately, this timeshare has no value and owners can't even give it away. We regret letting Holiday Inn transfer us over and would not recommend their services.

I just filed a complaint but I want to write a review too. I wish these contracts weren't so confusinog. First you think its a good deal, then its not and everything they say gets twisted and taken back and changed. Its so confusion and an endless cycle of disappointment. They won't make it easy and they won't help you figure it out. Its a shame, becuase I wanted to like and use this but I just can't get a hang of it at all.
