Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. To get people in there that want to work and help the customers. This is ridiculous. It needs to be addressed immediately!

Employees not wanting to help load material. I asked for a manger and he did not want to push the Employees of fear he will get in trouble. There was other customers with same problem. We have been in the 3 times this week with same problem.
