Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. know stores carry any inventory.

know stores carry any inventory. With the pandemic and delivering past it seems that they would order extra as to be able to serve their customer in a timely manner. This demonstration of lack of customer service and poor customer relations in store is playing a leading role in the down slide in helping keep the economy moving forward. Customers don't want to spend hundreds of dollars and wait 3 to 6 months to get what they paid for. To stock what they have on display that they can't sale. To ensure there employees are better informed on the inventory that is available and to remove are tag display items not in stock to prevent customers from asking about items that are not in stock. I wasted 2 hours looking at appliances just to be told they were not in stock are that it would take 3 to 5 months to get them.
