Bad experience

I bought two women's suits. Mr Sani pushed a striped material (which was pretty). I was concerned about the stripes lining up at the shoulder (front and back should match up). I clearly said that if he cannot guarantee that they'll line up, then I needed to go with a solid. He was absolutely sure that the stripes would line up. He needed to take one of my jackets from one suit and slacks from another for their tailors to copy. Basically I was out two suits. Then he took 5 weeks longer than scheduled. When I called about it he argued with me. When I finally got the suits, the first thing I saw was the stripes not lining up. It looked like a suit off the rack from Walmart. I called Mr Sani back and he argued saying that it's very difficult to line up the stripes. One suit fit 'okay' (I'm told it makes me look frumpy though), but the other one was made with the jacket sleeves about 1-2 inches too short. That were supposed to be identical (same measurements, same jacket I sent for them to copy). I told him that I wanted a refund but he said he'd make me two solid colored ones. He will be in town next week and I'll return these two and see if he makes good on his word. It has been an unpleasant experience and so far I have not received what I paid over 2000.00 for almost 4 months ago.
