Company will scam you out deposit

The owner of this company is rude and I got scammed out of $500 because he didn't want to go and do his work I got a car and it was repossessed in three days because he didn't want to do the word to resubmit my application but he had it where I thought I was getting my car serviced so soon as I got out the car it was really cold and I got a car and had it for 3 days I got it a Friday afternoon with issues and he told me to come back Monday and they will fix all the issues for free but what I came back Monday my car got repoed and they will not give me my money back
