Run a more professional business and make sure stuff is working

Dss put us up for the weekend it was my self husband and 3 of our children we got there signed the paper went to the room there was no TV remote I went to take a shower tiles were cracked and as I grabbed a shower it stunk like urine in the shower then was a chunk of the wall missing one of the beds was broken and the other only had a flat sheet on it the phone in the room didn't even work to call the front desk had two towels and a hand towel that was it. We stayed in room 133 there the guy was rude to us and accused us of stealing a remote that wasn't even in the room when we went there last night from dss he refused to let us stay there with our children. I have never in my life stayed some where that was ran like that and not enough lines and you can only get new once a week
