Always loved the friendly service, But now there is one old rude lady

Hi everyone I live in Hb hard to find a good vet hospital saw hb vet hospital one day so decided to try them out the first few times I was them I was surprised by the great service until one day my bill was crazy high and got nothing but negative remarks from there supervisor don't know why she still works there but I think the doctor need to be aware of her wrongful actions and doings this place will go under if she keeps running this place the way she does. She has nothing postive to say to customers my bill is always over priced when she's there and half the time she's just walking around not helping the clients I won't go to this place anymore as long as she works their the doctors need to fire her or replace
