Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I want to express my displeasure that a Hotel Chain like yours would allow one of your hotels to hold their annual conference in their hotel.

I want to express my displeasure that a Hotel Chain like yours would allow one of your hotels to host a hate group, Act for America, to hold their annual conference in their hotel. This is uncalled for. It is troubling when a company such as yours would represent itself as one that has no moral compass. There are no statues either in Virginia or federal government that require Hyatt to host a group like Act for America. Since you are hosting this organization, it is obvious you have no regard for people of Muslim affiliation if you can do something such as supporting a hate group like Act for America. I will never stay at one of your hotels in the future and I will encourage my family and friends not to stay there either. I would like your company to cancel Act for America contract and not let them stay at your hotel chain. You are encouraging hate groups when you put money before your conscience.
