I feel they should be more respectful to the customer

Trying to get my results from them in person after they called my broke phone. I called them back on my cell phone and left me on hold for over 30 min so I went up there and instead of getting off their butts and going to the back they sat there and did nothing. I feel they were very rude and knowing It is important to find out my results about covid after waitting 4 days. I feel they should be more respectful to the customer and knowing I got a call go find out some info and do their job that they get paid for
