DO. NOT. HIRE. THIS. COMPANY. I am now out thousands of dollars with no way to fix anything. They put verbiage into your contract stating that payment is due "upon starting" each trade, so you end up paying nearly the entire balance before the work is done, then they stop showing up and don't do the job. Owner will not respond to any calls or texts. Job was contracted for 3-4 weeks, we're on week 12 and no end in sight.... We just found a leak in our plumbing, had an outside plumber come look and found out the whole job was done that would "probably not pass inspection" and that it is a "cheapest cost-cutting job". I paid $8000 for plumbing on a less than 200sqft area that now has to be all redone anyway... Yup... I'm an idiot. Do your homework, they are originally called GenesisPro Builders, and had complaints filed against them they RE-FILED AS A NEW BUSINESS. Please look them up on the Better Business Bureau. Be smarter than me and DON'T EVEN CONSIDER HIRING THEM. They messed up our tile, the owner said he will personally come out to look, he said "wow this is a really terrible job, we have to re-do it all". I thought I was being taken care of now that the owner was there, he had them take all of my expensive tile off then told me I HAD TO BUY MORE.... then had the balls to ask for more money and I was dumb enough to actually give it to him!!!! No tile work done since.... that was weeks ago... every day they say "someone will be out to do it" and no one ever shows up. I've been waiting 12 weeks.... anyway, I could go on and on... don't make the mistake I did.
