Idea Buyer sent an announcement via email stating they recently suffered a major hack of our company's servers. The unauthorized access damaged and destroyed a large amount of data and files, including redundant backups. With the help of 3rd party experts, their team worked to recover and correct the damage, but were unsuccessful. Regretfully, given this catastrophic event, they have been left with no option but to shut down. Over the next few weeks, a remote team will be collecting all of the files related to work performed. It is important that each of their clients is provided with what they are able to provide. Once the files are received, it is vital that they be downloaded for continued use. Additionally, they will be providing their clients with suggested contacts that may be able to offer assistance moving forward.
