Ideal Dental Winston-Salem

Very poor dental experience!!

I came into Ideal Dental, Hanes Mill, Winston Salem, NC, for an emergency tooth extraction. Not only did I not recover the service, but I was treated horrifically from the moment I entered the service. First, the dental hygienist, Diamond, asked many invasive questions about my medical history, was rude to me, and physically restrained me during the service. Henry L. Jackson pushed on the tooth, which X-rays showed needed immediate removal of, not once but twice causing intense pain to an already hurt tooth. He numbed me over 10 times in the wrong place (I am still numb almost 24 hours later), left me for over 15 minutes during the procedure, insinuated that I lied about my tooth both being numb, he loosened, broke, and pulled the tooth halfway out and left it inside my mouth, leaving me in excruciating pain, and far more swollen than when I went in. I have a golf-ball sized knot on the side of my mouth, and I'm not so sure he didn't knick the nerve. I had dentistry-related PTSD, and 4 years of progress came undone in 2 hours. I have never reacted to local anesthetics like that, nor have I remained numb as long as I have. He also began the procedure prior to the anesthetic even fully working. I looked on Google, I'm not the first person this has happened to. I want the dental hygienist, Diamond, fired, as she should NOT be working in a position that works directly with the public due to her mistreatment and overall malpractice.
