Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If I could give negative stars I would.

Purchased a bedroom set and have nothing but issues with this company. After a few month delay in getting our set to us because all the pieces had damage, they finally sent it out. When we got it it was damaged. I called while the delivery driver was still here and Joe advised to me keep the damaged dresser and he would send out a new one that week and have this one picked up. Fast forward weeks...Joe says they can't get that piece anywhere so we would be willing to refund me $92 of the $400 dresser! I said that is unacceptable and he said my other option was to destroy it and send him pictures and then he would refund my money. They never answer my calls and sometimes they email me one lined emails. Called me bank to tell them what was going on and to get a chargeback. They are now taking care of it for us because this company is nothing but a nightmare! Now we have a bedroom set with a damaged dresser we can't find anywhere. Hopefully, the bank will get us our money back! Otherwise, we are out $400 and still have to buy a dresser to match the rest of our set. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
