If I could do lower I would....

I ordered a generator mid Sept. Was promised delivery before IRMA. Understandably, delivery didn't make it in time, so contacted company 2 times to cancel delivery because the day before IRMA was to hit, we were able to purchase generator from Home Depot. I was told that the generator had not shipment from TN. I asked them to cancel order but they refused. I notified the freight company also that we wanted to stop delivery.(They had the incorrect street address on the delivery.) The following Wednesday after the storm, Saia Freight called and said they would be delivering. We declined shipment. They shipped the generator back to the TN office. I emailed Paul Reotutar about the situation. He didn't respond. I called Sean Stone a few days later. He said they couldn't locate shipment. I contacted Saia Freight and they confirmed it had been delivered and had signature. I send email to Sean about this. No response. I have called over 15 times for updates and sent emails. I have been on hold over an hour now as I am composing this email. I am using two different phones hoping someone will answer to assist. After 55 minutes someone did answer and I asked to speak to a manager. They took my info and after 25 more minutes, the phone disconnected. This charge is on my Master Card and I want my credit. I am a retired senior citizen. I understand the delay in the shipment, but I don't understand the unprofessionalism this company has displayed to me. I have a record of the calls and emails and it is unbelievable to me how I am not able to talk to someone that can assist and tell me when I can expect my credit. If anyone has a golden phone number I can call to help me I would appreciate it. I am so sorry I ever ordered from this company. If they can contact me and assist, I will certainly change my review. I don't expect to be ignored when you have my money!!!!!!!!
