Quick to respond and honest.

Dorian Ayala of Imperial Plumbing was quick to respond to our call of a plugged toilet. He said the problem was that the water level was at its lowest level and just needed to be adjusted. He made a few other suggestions and didn't even charge us because he really didn't need to do anything. We will call him again if we need a plumber.
