Poor customer service! I give the business a zero.

Jordan started working on my right hand which he could've started with my left hand so I got off my phone to get my right arm so he could start my nails that's when i said ok but be careful with this arm I had an injury. He proceeded to grab my arm and I didn't say anything I closed my eyes like ok just bare with it it's almost done I ended my call with my twin. So I sat there let him get all my nails on and then when he was done I took my left hand and sent a text to my boyfriend asking him was he going to reimburse me for my nails because I forgot to grab the money before leaving the car. So a few minutes passed my bf tried to call me but I was getting my nails done so I didn't answer. I tried making small talk to ease the tension I was feeling from Jordan because I could tell he was going to be rude. So I sat there quietly and next thing you know I hear Jordan say "hey man, why did you do that to her arm man?" I looked to my left cause I didn't know my bf had came in to bring me the money and me and ray both paused like what the hell are we being punked?! We said excuse me?! Jordan said, well man she said her arm hurts you did it?! So ray still stood there frozen lost like wtf is happening right now and the Ray just quietly walked out of the nail shop with his head down. My bf came in but I didn't notice due to my back being turned And the lady to my right turned and asked me was I ok, because of what just happened.
