Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I recently had to ride the bus again because my car keeps getting vandalized. There is a detective on the case. I had problems riding the bus before I got my car May 2019. Since Monday of last week they will have the garage sign posted or leave early. Last night I left the house September 9 2019 I arrived before the bus schedule at 9:35 at 10th and kealing going eastbound. I could see the bus then it disappeared. Close to 10:00pm another bus road past me while I was standing on the bus stop. The next bus didn't come until midnight. I had to walk 20 minutes in a drug and prostitute infested area which despite my dress of chastity and the fact I don't date. I'm being discriminated against because I don't date and attempt to live a pure life. I don't care about how others choose to live their lives. But I choose to be happy. I would like them to take drastic steps so this doesn't happen again to anyone. I'm on a point system as they are. Some people take power too far. You employment is aware of the situation we just don't know who. People ALWAYS talk about discrimination. Try being discriminated against because your pretty talent Intelligent. I've hated how I look but I can't change my DNA.
