Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Manager does not have any customer service skills.

Manager does not have any customer service skills. He yelled at a customer for stating they were told they were open until 6pm. The interaction was hostile and inappropriate. It is no way to treat a customer that is going to do business there. Find a new manager. Update their website with the correct hours that they are open.
