Integrity Appliance has no integrity......Awful experience with oven still non-operational for 2 weeks.

Integrity Appliance has no integrity......Awful experience with oven still non-operational for 2 weeks. Integrity was contracted by Home Depot under an extended warranty to repair our broken oven. The Integrity service tech could not fix oven first after installing parts and did not confirm oven was running properly before he left. The oven was still not working properly with 100 degree temperature variations. After rescheduling another appointment, the tech then was a no show, so I wasted 4 hours sitting around. After finally getting ahold of someone on phone after the no show, they were belligerent and told me they installed parts and did not want to come back to fix the original problem and said call home depot for support. This seems to be a recurring theme as there are only 1 star ratings on yelp. Please Beware!
