Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. They are refusing to finish the job.

In August Integrity came to work on my central heat and air. They took out a part and months later I called them to put the part back in they scheduled two appointments did not show up for either one. I have called I have text him with no response. They are refusing to finish the job. There's nothing they can do no money was exchanged.
