Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I was illegally evicted after always paying my rent on time and keeping it clean! And see see was guilty on breaking a lease for rental laws and stole my property illegally which was breaking the law and theft a couple of older brothers someone with million dollar properties spying on you at night and taking the very best of what two brothers taking a life time to save and get rude unmerciful unkind dogs thief's and scum I feel today after the loss of my brother I miss my life someone toke from me I feel as though someone buried me alive NEVER EVER RENT FROM THESE DIRTY ROTTEN DEVILS THEY DON'T DESERVE TO BE IN ANY BUSINESS!!!!!! CANT SAY STRONG Enough!!!! GO OUT OF BUSINESS FOREVER!!!!
