Complaints contain a pattern of allegations related to Internet problems including service interruptions, delay in installation, and poor technical support. Some customers allege the company's subcontractor, NorthPoint Communications, had shut down its DSL network without notice. Due to these problems, customers report of cancelling accounts while receiving bills for non-service.
