Customers should not be treated in this manner.

There was a Business Mixer Event on the level of the pub with a group of people that my organization hosted, everyone had ordered food, while eating and socializing, the fire alarm went off in the pub. The manager, Angela Rubio came up and said to one of the male guests that was sitting near the alarm on the side of the wall, that he had pulled the alarm in front of everyone, this was an insult to this individual, serving as chair of this event, I felt this incident should be known. There was a male also that came up and asked the question to the guest, “did you pull that alarm”, in an angry voice. It was not only insulting, but also embarrassing to this individual. The Fire Department came, they stated fire alarm going off was not due to anything that happened on the second level. I asked the man who made the accusation for an apology to the guest, he brushed it off and said everything is ok. This type of behavior was not accepteable to me or the guests that were in attendance, money was spent to dine and utilize this facility. Customers should not be treated in this manner.
