Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. She then threatened to have me arrested and get me fired for not following what she said.

I have a medical condition that requires me to not wear a mask. Went to pick an order up for a customer and some girl with pink hair told me I would have to wait outside due to not wearing a mask. I suffer for the record of acute shortness of breath after having a heart attack. I tried to explain this plus allergic to cigarette smoke and there were people by the door smoking she then threatened to have me arrested and get me fired for not following what she said. Now I had no problem waiting outside had there not been people outside smoking. She then before i had a chance to respond threw the bag if food aggressively at me and told me to get out and shes going to ensure it'll be my last time there. Last time i checked discrimination against medical conditions is against labor laws as well HIPPA. Terminate her employment if they cant teach her where she violated my rights as a delivery employee.
