They are selling fake and defective merchandise.

I bought a vape pen model, it was a clone to the AL85. I used it and it shocked me twice. So I took it back to them, they said there's nothing they can do about it. They said to contact the company that made it for assistance. I went to another smoke shop down the street and that is where I found out that they one they sold me was fake. So I went back to Jackson Smoke Shop, where I purchased it, told them it was fake, they scanned it with a cell phone scanner, and the same thing it showed it was not made by SMOK. So they exchanged the fake they sold me for an authentic one and then put the fake one back on the shelf right in front of me. I don't want anything, just to see the right thing done, all I do is the right thing, so it would be nice to see it in return.
