Poor service!

Was sent there to do a pre employment drug screening. Went Saturday at 1220 and the website said they were open until 5pm. That was untrue. Went there again Monday at 8am. Was told that the collection lady was not allowed to take my urine due to them not having labels and I should not have waited until last minute. Called my work to try and have it transferred. My work can not do that. As I'm on the phone with the job the collection lady keeps yelling if I've heard anything and I had to ask her to give me a moment. My job asked me to get her supervisors number since like I should have been notified ASAP that they could not do the screening in time. Lady at the desk said the supervisor couldn't do anything. I told her I still needed the number. She told me I needed to call my work. I asked her to stop yelling and drop the attitude that they were the ones that could not complete the services. She started screaming told me to leave, called the cops. The cops even sided with me on everything and stated she was being stupid. She told her boss she was afraid for her life and when we asked what I did to cause that she could just say it's because I refuse to leave. I told her I'm showing her the same respect she showed me. Finally left and called escreen to change everything. There isn't a resolution possible. They failed at basic communication on all levels.
