Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Knowledge plus Integrity!

My wife and I have worked with Jaurigue Law Group for about 6 years and found their service to be continually excellent. Our relationship began from a professional referral - and while others were just talking, Mr. Jaurigue actually GOT US a loan modification for our home mortgage! Something even my best friend and attorney said he could not accomplish - though Mr. Jaurigue did1 Jaurigue Law Group is now representing us on another legal matter based on the respect they have for our personal interests and ours for their knowledge and integrity. As a wise friend once counseled me - "don't confuse effort with results!" We wholeheartedly endorse Michael Jaurigue.
