Ran my credit several times and Was told n many lies

They ran my credit several times after telling me I was approved and gaining copies of my personal information they came back I told me I was not approved. Got several emails from managers at the dealership asking why I did not do through With the purchase how could they Help. It Was explained to me that there was a block on my credit report that needed to be removed and they could approve me at that point. I got it all removed did what was asked and again was told no I couldn't and told that my credit score was 50 to 80 point less than what it actually is being that I had copies of my credit report and they were Current copies.
