Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. This is the second time this business has tried to cheat me.

This is the second time this business has tried to cheat me. Today I went in with my husband, and specifically asked for 2 (two) Basic pedicures. Specifically told the owner's husband (Ti) this specific request. When paying the bill, the tech said that my husband asked for the higher priced pedi - Not true - he did not, nor did he say anything as it was his first time and I was the one who ordered the services. Ti tried to tell me that my husband asked for an upgrade - this was untrue and I am very upset that they (Jen's) scam us and think it's okay - but it is not. I have heard that they use "language barrier" as an excuse - if you want a business in the US - speak our language! Please note, after talking to a few people to share this frustration, I have just learned that to avoid this- PAY UP FRONT, so they cannot pull this on YOU!
