Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Unreliable

After hiring them we got on their schedule for a month out. I called them the day before they were supposed to come out to confirm. They didn't show up or call. Traffic was the excuse. Re-scheduled for two days later. Same thing. No show, no call. Family emergency. Ok, scheduled one more time, then got a call saying they had double booked and couldn't make it. Enough!
