Jet's Pizza

Wrong order received. No refund.

Pizza was ordered at 1:12pm. Total amount paid is $20.62. Ticket #9. Date ordered is 1/22/2020. Order arrived around 1:44 pm. I checked pizza before the driver left seeing as how my order was not right on multiple previous orders. This time was no different. I informed the driver order was wrong and to please let them know to remake the order and redeliver. This had not been a problem on the previous orders as they had always given an option on either to give credit for the next pizza or to remake. I always asked to remake. I called the company around 1:56 pm to make sure they knew it was on the way back to remake the order and redeliver. I was told the policy is only to credit the next pizza. I told this person this had not been a problem on past orders. Afterward the story was the same. I told this person there will not be a next time. Only after did he tell me he could void the order and the amount charged would appear on the card used in 3 to 4 days. I told him to do that. After a moment of silence was informed the order was supposedly voided and the amount would be on the card used in 3 to 4 days.
