Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Knowledge is Priceless

Dr. Alizor's office is very nice, professional and welcoming. You go up to the top floor and basically tell him all of your worries and difficulties that you are facing in your business. Then he gives you ways that you can ACTUALLY fix your problems. So helpful, I owe him everything.
