I had a account with these guys recently, But because a complained about prices 1 too many times. they ego owner had his lackey call me and tell me my account s cancelled and they don't want me to come back. I'm 30 years of business, I've never had a company cancel a customers because they had a complaint. They owner just flat has a huge ego and thinks its ok not to try to work with a upset customer. Especially when it was caused by a few of his staff members. I truly don't care about buying here anymore, But its about how the situation was handle. So, going to make this owner realize, YOU CANT DO THAT!! I'm that one customer that is relentless to expose a unprofessional company. This is truly the only Johnstone that has done this. trust me, i searched. most Johnstones are professional and value every single customer. But not this one. If your not a crooked company spending millions with this branch, You nothing to this owner, and it shows big time. Seriously, he gets his feelings hurt, and his solution his cancel me? really? LOL. Who does that? Mike Griffith or Griffin! I can't remember, No need to remember a guy like that. But I'm dam sure going to remember the horrible quality of service and rudeness and price gouging. and hopefully i can save other people from going to these Ohio locations. I run a business, and even my worse customers still have a account with me. And I'm talking impossible customers. But i still take care of them, regardless how much they gripe!
