Justin himself is very nice and polite.

I was refereed from a friend of mine to this shop. I called and spoke to Justin at least 6 times and at all times he answered my many questions and he never became frustrated with me. When I finally took my bike in, he fixed it in a professional manner. He never tried pushing parts or services that I did not need. The prices are reasonable, the work was done in a timely manner and I was very please with the outcome. Justin himself is very nice and polite. It was a refreshing experience to deal with Justin.
