The attendant wouldn't allow my pregnant fiancée use the restroom unless she bought gas.

My fiancee is 7 and a half months pregnant and she went inside the Chevron to check herself cause she said she felt fluid leaking out of her. Then she came back to the car and said the attendant wouldn't let her use the restroom unless she bought gas. I had to drive her to a Denny's where she was allowed to use the restroom to check out what was going on. She came out and said there was a big clot off yellowish discharge that came out. We drove to the hospital, doctors medical facility to get her checked out. The date is June 16th and the time was 5:50 AM. My fiancée said the employee was on the phone and looked like she just didn't want to be bothered. I went inside to get the name off the employee and she was texting on the phone, so I took a picture of her to show proof that she rather text on the phone then tend to the simple button pressing off opening the restroom, then I walked out without saying a word. Upon looking at the picture to see if her name was on a name tag which it wasn't and wasn't printed on her shirt, she had one phone in her hand and one on the counter. Which has to be against company policy. If we are following rules, we must follow them all, not pick and choose which we will follow that's the most comfortable for what one wants to do themselves.
