Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Friendly and competent service for auto tires, brakes, lube and safety inspections

Sometimes takes a while to get an appointment (but worth the wait). I have used their services for safety inspections, tires, brakes and related work and all of it has been done competently, carefully and thoroughly. Pricing is reasonable. (Footnote: Gentleman from Kar Kare makes custom wooden urns that are sold to clients of neighboring Kimble Funeral Home. I have purchased two of these for beloved pets that been cremated via Kimble, and they are beautifully made. )
