Kentucky Fried Chicken

I think they need to get it together and provide the service that customers expect from a restaurant

We visited KFC here in Russellville ,Ky tonight 8:43pm we ordered the Chicken Strip Bucket to feed our family after leaving the little circus they had here in town. I didn't feel like cooking so late and my husband pulled into KFC's we ordered and were told they didn't have any chicken strips. We then ordered a $20 8 piece chicken bucket meal and were then told they had No chicken but wings and a few thighs. Not willing to cook anymore food nor do anything but tell us they now closed at 9pm SMH It was almost 15 till 9pm !!!!! What kind of business doesn't want to make money or feed the customers ????? This is not the first time we have experienced food shortage at this restaurant or lack of willingness to cook food needed to fill an order. Once this location ran out of the floor and had to leave to go pick up flour from the store... smh after we returned the chicken they breaded with the flour didn't stick to our chicken. Nasty and full of grease ..We enjoy KFC but doubt we will ever visit here again . This store desperately needs a upgrade on Management or staff .
