Shut them down. Better service

I talked with corporate office this morning after sitting in line for a half hour. To find out that they were closed until 12:30. I went back up at 12:30 only to have to wait for 10 minutes for crispy chicken, waited 20 minutes tried to go in to get my food and all the doors are locked, circled back around to the window asked for my food the employee played stupid like I didn't even order anything when I repeated my order they decided to argue when I had corporate on speaker phone and he heard everything. Finally they said chicken is up I repeatedly said I wanted my 24.60 back. This is an ongoing situation with this store of employees being rude, standing around doing nothing, making customers wait long periods of time for food. When they see they are getting low put more down. This is just unacceptable and very very unprofessional. And I would like to see this store shut down.
