Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Weeks go by STILL NO CHECK!

I worked for Kimco for a couple weeks an never got paid when me and another employee asked why we weren't paid yet, they told us it will be mailed. So I keep working till the next paycheck didn't get that one either and all of a sudden I'm fired through a text message. I ask once again where's my money they tell me the address is wrong so I fix it weeks go by STILL NO CHECK. I was hired DEC 6,2018 and I'm still waiting on both checks I just want money!
