Rude, unprofessional, dishonest, no accountability , no proper documentation, caused me so much hurt and health lost

I had paid 1880 USD for my Furniture to be delivered to RUSSIA. 1/ Company do not have agreement, where both parties have certain responsibilities, accountabilities and sign against it before the business I asked – they replied – they do not do it in general. 2/ Lack of professionalism and competency, integrity and accountability delayed delivery (negotiated in December 2014, shipment came to FINLAND KOTKA in May 2015. 3/ they promised to pay the difference – (since I paid till Russia and shipment was delivered to KOTKA only) but they are not refunding 4/ Company which was taking over the shipment from Kotka to RUSSIA discovered the damage of one box. They made a statement and sent me a photo. It is worth to mention that it is difficult to ascertain degree of the damage from photo. I do not know exactly. I asked KK Freight International. Oleg replied that he received the Box in this condition – damaged – from the store where I purchase. It is so logic to ask and I did ask • Why I was not informed that they received a damaged item/BOX? • Why he did not take a photo and made a statement that he is sending to me a damaged box because he received it damaged? • How he can prove to me now that it is not him ( it did not happen in his store, during movement, loading from his side? ) In a very rude manner he replied to me that why I think everybody is obligation to do for things? He said he does not wish and he will stop communicating with me furthermore. 5/ Initially he planned to send my stuff with LCL , but then it was sent with FCL with other stuff like snowmobile and others, which would cost much more less cost that I paid (1880 USD) 6/ Can anyone analyze those ONLY superexcellent reviews in the Russian page? There no anything objective there. The insolence, rudeness, lack of integrity makes -- Hurt hurt hurt hurt non ended. It affected my health. It is so unfair to pay money and to get this sort of treatment. Any questions or more clarifications required I will be ready to provide. Thank you
