Bed bugs in room. Dirty mattresses outside main dumpster/trash area.

Bed bugs in room. Dirty mattresses outside main dumpster/trash area. No paperwork or receipts provided to customers. No working smoke detectors. During lockout, although in contact with management. They bagged (disrupt) went through my personal items. Rearranged my items. Shampoo bottle was put with clothes open bottle. After paying fees to retrieve items for no legitimate reason refused to rent me another room. Banned me from property although I have other love ones on property. Never did anything as a paying consumer to allow such discrimination. Threatened to throw items of value in thrash and threatened to call police. Prices defer, rules etc. According to day or mood of management. Running business like group home. Linen and towels badly damaged.
