New office staff, or learn to treat patients as if they matter.

I had an appointment scheduled and couldn't remember the time so I tried to call 9 times and could not get through. My husband went to the office to ask for my appointment time and stood at the window for more than 5 minutes with 2 women sitting there ignoring him. When they finally opened the window to speak to him, they were very rude like he was an inconvenience to them. After the appointment I was to receive a call about an appointment they were to schedule for an ultrasound. They said it would be 2 days. A week later I called back and they said they overlooked scheduling me. So now my ultrasound results came in on Thanksgiving day. I waited till Monday to call and find out my results, they said she would call me back shortly. 6 hours go by, so I called back. They were very rude on the phone like my issues didn't matter and they again, acted as if my phone call was an inconvenience to them
