I recommend that they don't have that person work there.

I called KRG Medical office to find out when they were going to open. The staff who answer the phone was very rude to me. Which, was the Doctor's wife. She rushes me and hang up the phone. I called back on the day that they were open and the sane lady answer the phone. I told that I'm making a complaint because I didn't like the way she spoke to me. She turn and said so who do I make my complaint about you to. I said to her that wasn't professional how she deal with patient and I'm going to report her to the Better Business Bureau. She said ok. If I want to make an appointment she'll have another staff call me to make that appointment. That was on Thursday and today is Monday and no one call to me to schedule that appointment. This is not the first time. I'm not going to take that behavior from her anymore.
