Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Change the way you treat your guests and your views

I've been watching you since Victoria Babu my complaint is you as I've noticed how different you are with your guests. Never have I seen you guys treat Kim Hudson like you have treated each other on the 9am show. This week makes me sad because I see unfair behavior if the white people only eat the food white people fix then you should stop having people on that cook this week. I've seen it all don't like what I saw I can't watch you any more you all have eaten all week if you can't be fair to all your guests don't have them on. You guys should be ashamed you are unfair to your guests and viewers I have sent out text asking all African Americans to stop coming on your show. You don't treat everyone the same bad news. Oh and you need to clean your stove before you let someone cook on it. Changes!
