Get a written estimate before using this company.

Took them three months to complete work on open pool, but work is still not complete. I was over charged but paid them in full after the owner came to my house. When he left my house he told me we were paid in full almost $ 8,000 The next day his wife called me and told me we still owned approximately $ 400. I then hung up and called my lawyer. I used this company for ten years no problems. Apparently the company had a bad year and are trying to make the money back on good customers. I just want people to get a written estimate before using this company
