Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Company did not send anyone out to cover up broken window in a timely fashion.

I came home today from out of town and went to put a trash bag on the porch and notices that one of my bed room windows was broken. I immediately went in the room to check to see if anything was missing, Then called the police, while waiting on them I called the on-call phone # they told me somebody will call me back. Three (3) hours later no one has still call and I called three more times after that finally they said no one will be able to come out today and ask can somebody come out and at least cover the window until tomorrow. They said they will try, now its been 6 hrs no one still hasn't came and this is very unacceptable and very dangerous to my family. This company needs to be sued and will be for their careless act for human lives.
